By participating in Grow to Blossom memberships, circles, workshops, courses, community spaces, consultations, recordings, digital content, guided practices, or related offerings (collectively, the “Activities”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Grow to Blossom Activities may include:
meditation,
breathwork,
mindfulness practices,
guided reflection,
journaling,
embodiment practices,
gentle movement,
somatic awareness exercises,
nervous system regulation practices,
community discussions,
and educational wellness experiences.
I understand that participation may involve physical activity, emotional reflection, personal insight, or emotional responses.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these Activities and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation, whether physical, emotional, psychological, known, unknown, foreseeable, or unforeseeable.
2. Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing
I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for my individual physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
I understand that:
I may pause, modify, or discontinue participation at any time,
I am responsible for practicing within my personal limits,
and I am responsible for seeking licensed professional support where appropriate.
If I experience discomfort, overwhelm, emotional distress, dizziness, physical pain, or other concerns during participation, I understand that I may step away from the Activity at any time.
Participants experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health crises, or medical emergencies should seek support from appropriate licensed professionals or emergency services.
3. Educational & Community-Based Nature of Activities
I understand that Grow to Blossom provides educational, wellness, mindfulness, reflective, and community-based experiences only.
Grow to Blossom does not provide:
psychotherapy,
counseling,
mental health treatment,
crisis intervention,
medical treatment,
diagnosis,
or healthcare services.
I understand that:
community circles are not therapy groups,
community spaces are not support groups,
and participation does not establish a therapeutic, counseling, coaching, or clinical relationship.
4. Online Participation & Environment
For online or virtual participation, I understand and agree that:
I am responsible for creating and maintaining an appropriate participation environment,
I am responsible for my own technology, internet access, and device functionality,
I am responsible for managing my own participation and emotional regulation during activities, and Grow to Blossom cannot monitor all participants or provide individualized real-time support.
I understand that I may step away from practices, discussions, or Activities whenever needed.
5. Release of Liability (Including Negligence)
To the fullest extent permitted under Minnesota law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Grow to Blossom, its owner, facilitators, contractors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities.
This release includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of Grow to Blossom or its representatives.
This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Community Participation & Interpersonal Interactions
I understand that Grow to Blossom community spaces may involve interaction with other participants.
I acknowledge that Grow to Blossom is not responsible for:
participant-generated content,
interpersonal conflicts,
statements made by participants,
or participant actions outside the scope of Grow to Blossom Activities.
I remain responsible for my own participation, communication, boundaries, and decision-making.
7. Recording & Media Acknowledgment
I understand that Grow to Blossom may record workshops, training, teaching, or other educational content for replay access, educational use, or promotional purposes.
Recordings are generally focused on the facilitator or presentation materials, though incidental participant appearance or audio may occasionally occur.
By participating, I acknowledge the possibility of incidental appearance in recordings, screenshots, or promotional materials unless I request otherwise in writing prior to participation.
8. No Guaranteed Outcomes
I understand that participation in Grow to Blossom Activities does not guarantee emotional, personal, relational, financial, physical, or lifestyle outcomes.
I acknowledge that individual experiences and results vary.
9. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable under Minnesota law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
11. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I acknowledge that:

By purchasing, accessing, participating in, or engaging with memberships, courses, workshops, circles, community spaces, consultations, recordings, digital content, or related offerings provided by Grow to Blossom (“Grow to Blossom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational & Wellness Purpose
Grow to Blossom provides educational, wellness, mindfulness, reflective, and community-based offerings designed to support intentional living, personal growth, seasonal awareness, mindfulness practices, and self-development.
Grow to Blossom does not provide:
medical treatment,
psychotherapy,
counseling,
mental health treatment,
crisis intervention,
diagnosis,
or professional healthcare services.
Participation in Grow to Blossom offerings does not establish a therapeutic, counseling, coaching, or clinical relationship.
2. Memberships & Access
Grow to Blossom memberships may include access to:
community spaces,
circles,
workshops,
educational content,
digital libraries,
courses,
recordings,
guided practices,
consult sessions,
and related offerings.
Membership structures, pricing, billing schedules, seasonal offerings, and included benefits may change over time.
Membership enrollment may be open year-round or limited to seasonal or enrollment periods at the discretion of Grow to Blossom.
3. Membership Billing & Renewal
Recurring memberships renew automatically according to the selected membership plan unless canceled prior to renewal.
Memberships may be offered:
monthly,
annually,
seasonally,
or through limited enrollment structures.
By enrolling, participants authorize recurring charges according to their selected membership plan until canceled.
Renewal reminders may be sent prior to renewal dates when applicable.
4. Cancellation, Freezes & Access
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Participants may cancel their membership prior to the next billing date in accordance with applicable membership policies.
Once canceled:
membership access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period,
after which access to community spaces, circles, recordings, courses, digital content, and member resources will end.
Membership freezes may be permitted once per calendar year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months unless otherwise stated.
Freeze requests:
must be submitted prior to the next billing date,
cannot be applied retroactively,
and suspend access to membership benefits during the freeze period.
5. Courses, Digital Content & Educational Materials
Grow to Blossom may provide:
course libraries,
worksheets,
PDFs,
downloads,
recordings,
guided practices,
seasonal curriculum,
workshops,
journaling prompts,
and educational materials.
All content is intended for personal educational use only.
Replay access, recordings, and digital content:
may be time-limited,
may expire,
and are not guaranteed indefinitely unless otherwise stated.
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to modify, update, remove, replace, or discontinue content, courses, platforms, or materials at any time.
All intellectual property remains the property of Grow to Blossom unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, redistribution, or resale of content is prohibited.
6. Consultations & Intake Forms
Consultations, onboarding sessions, and intake forms are intended to help personalize participation, provide educational guidance, and support appropriate recommendations within Grow to Blossom offerings.
Participants may voluntarily share information related to:
stress,
lifestyle habits,
routines,
wellbeing,
personal goals,
physical or mental health history,
challenges,
or support needs.
This information is used for educational and participation-support purposes only.
Grow to Blossom does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, provide therapy, or offer mental health or medical services.
Participants remain responsible for seeking licensed professional support when needed.
7. Community Participation & Conduct
Grow to Blossom community spaces are intended to foster:
respectful discussion,
reflection,
seasonal and mindfulness exploration,
supportive conversation,
and community connection.
Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors, moderators, and fellow community members.
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate participation or access at its discretion if participant behavior:
violates community guidelines,
disrupts the community environment,
harms other participants,
creates safety concerns,
or undermines the integrity of the space.
Community spaces are not therapy groups, crisis support services, or clinical support environments.
Confidentiality and respectful participation are encouraged, but privacy within group environments cannot be guaranteed.
8. Workshops, Circles & Events
Grow to Blossom may offer:
circles,
workshops,
seasonal gatherings,
mindfulness events,
educational discussions,
guided reflections,
and related offerings.
These experiences are educational and community-based in nature and may involve:
facilitated reflection,
guided discussion,
mindfulness practices,
meditation,
journaling,
or seasonal themes.
Workshops and events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions for illness, emergencies, severe weather, or extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Grow to Blossom.
9. Recording & Media Use
Grow to Blossom may record workshops, trainings, guided teachings, or educational content for replay access, educational purposes, or future use.
Recordings are generally focused on the facilitator or presentation materials rather than participants.
By participating in online offerings, participants acknowledge the possibility of incidental appearance in recordings, screenshots, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing prior to participation.
Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or reproduction of Grow to Blossom content or community materials is prohibited.
10. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Participation in Grow to Blossom offerings does not guarantee personal, emotional, financial, physical, relational, or lifestyle outcomes.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, well-being, and implementation of educational materials or practices.
11. Scope of Responsibility
Grow to Blossom is not responsible for:
participant decisions,
interpersonal interactions between members,
emotional responses arising from participation,
or participant application of educational materials outside the context of offerings.
Participants are responsible for determining whether offerings are appropriate for their personal circumstances and well-being.
12. Policy Updates
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated policies will be posted on the website and will apply going forward after notice is provided, where required.

or limited to specific enrollment periods at the discretion of Grow to Blossom.
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to modify enrollment periods, cohort structures, seasonal access windows, membership availability, pricing, or included features at any time.
2. Automatic Renewal & Billing
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected membership plan until canceled.
Memberships may renew:
monthly,
seasonally,
annually,
or according to another stated billing cycle.
Renewal periods and pricing are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Renewal reminders may be sent prior to renewal dates when applicable.
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.
3. Cancellation Policy
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests:
For monthly or seasonal memberships, they must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the next billing date, and for annual memberships, they must be submitted at least 14 days prior to renewal.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
Membership access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which access to community spaces, circles, recordings, workshops, course libraries, digital content, and member resources will end.
Cancellation requests cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Membership Freezes
Members may request one membership freeze per calendar year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months unless otherwise stated.
Freeze requests:
must be submitted prior to the next billing date,
cannot be applied retroactively,
and take effect on the next billing cycle.
During a freeze period:
access to community spaces,
circles,
workshops,
recordings,
courses,
consultations,
and member resources
is suspended.
Membership billing resumes automatically at the conclusion of the freeze period unless otherwise arranged in writing.
5. Membership Changes & Downgrades
Members may request changes between membership tiers or plans when applicable.
Membership changes:
must be requested prior to the next billing date,
apply beginning with the next billing cycle,
and are not retroactive.
Annual memberships must be completed before switching to monthly or seasonal membership structures unless otherwise approved in writing.
Seasonal or limited-term membership commitments must also be completed before switching membership levels or billing structures.
6. Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
recurring membership payments,
annual membership payments,
seasonal membership payments,
partial billing periods,
unused access,
unused consultations,
unused workshops,
or unused community participation.
Failure to participate in membership offerings does not qualify for refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments.
7. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, the payment processor may automatically retry the charge according to its retry schedule.
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to temporarily suspend membership access, including access to:
community spaces,
workshops,
recordings,
courses,
circles,
and member resources
until billing issues are resolved.
If payment is not successfully processed within the retry period, membership access may be canceled.
8. Community Participation & Removal Rights
Participation in Grow to Blossom memberships is subject to the Grow to Blossom Community Guidelines & Conduct Policy.
Grow to Blossom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate membership access without refund if participant behavior:
violates community guidelines,
harms other participants,
creates safety concerns,
disrupts the integrity of the community,
or otherwise interferes with the intended experience of Grow to Blossom offerings.
9. Digital Content & Member Access
Membership access is intended solely for the registered participant.
Members may not:
share login credentials,
redistribute recordings,
copy or distribute member materials,
reproduce curriculum content,
or provide unauthorized access to community spaces or digital resources.
Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in termination of access without refund.
Replay access, recordings, course libraries, and member materials:
may change over time,
may be updated or removed,
and are not guaranteed indefinitely unless otherwise stated.
10. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Grow to Blossom memberships are educational, reflective, and community-based.
Participation does not guarantee:
emotional,
relational,
financial,
physical,
lifestyle,
or personal development outcomes.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, well-being, actions, and implementation of educational materials or practices.

However, confidentiality in online or group settings cannot be guaranteed.
4. No Therapy or Crisis Support
Community spaces are educational and community-based environments only.
They are not:
therapy groups,
counseling services,
medical care,
mental health treatment,
or crisis support services.
Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
5. Member Content & Participation
Participants remain responsible for the content they post, share, or communicate within community spaces.
Nourish & Grow Yoga and Grow to Blossom are not responsible for member-generated content, opinions, advice, or interactions between participants.
6. Self-Promotion & Solicitation
Unauthorized advertising, spam, solicitation, or promotion of unrelated products, services, events, or businesses is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
7. Recording & Intellectual Property
Community content, workshops, recordings, educational materials, and member areas may not be copied, redistributed, downloaded, or shared publicly without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing of paid or member-only content may result in removal from the community without refund.
8. Community Access & Removal Rights
Nourish & Grow Yoga and Grow to Blossom reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to community spaces at their discretion in order to protect the safety, well-being, integrity, or experience of the community.
